What is your professional background & experience?
After graduating from UWS with a Bachelor of Design Studies in 2013, I was incredibly fortunate to start my career as the Graphic Designer for the Penrith Panthers, when I lived in Western Sydney before moving to the MidCoast. The role taught me how so many businesses (big and small) need a tech/design/marketer/jack-of-all-trades to get things moving - starting my professional journey by being both scrappy and creative is something I’ll always be thankful for.
Since moving to the MidCoast, and later establishing myself as a freelance marketing consultant, I’ve worked with a fantastic array of local businesses in hospitality, signage, printing, logistics, healthcare and more. This area is full to the brim with innovative, talented people; working alongside them everyday brings me to so much joy, and none more so than the team at Taree Universities Campus.
What are you excited about bringing to our Campus?
Working with TUC takes me back to my ‘scrappy and creative’ roots! With a small-but-mighty team determined to uplift the region, I’m excited to facilitate their work with marketing strategy, robust communications infrastructure and smart systems that enables the team to reach as many aspiring students as possible.
