Essential Criteria

  • Current registration with AHPRA

  • Comprehensive clinical skills & experience

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment

  • Effective communication and time management

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • A commitment to a team environment

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality improvement

  • Ability to work am/pm and night duty shifts on a rotating roster

  • Current NSW working with children check

  • National Police Check certificate – No older than 3 months on application

  • Category A Health Worker Vaccinations

Desirable Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant areas with a demonstrated sound knowledge and practice

  • Post graduate qualifications in relevant specialty or working towards same

  • Training in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

  • Experience within a similar role

About Forster Private Hospital

Forster Private Hospital is located on the NSW Mid North Coast, providing medical and surgical services to the communities of the Great Lakes and Manning regions.

Our hospital offers accommodation for 64 medical/surgical patients, 2 Operating Theatres, a Day Surgery Unit, Oncology Unit, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Day Therapy Programs and a Hydrotherapy Pool. Radiology and pathology services are available on-site.
