Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to meet the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our Accessibility Roadmap for 2026

We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. Throughout 2026, we will be undertaking the following improvements:

  • Ensuring our website is fully responsive across all device screen sizes

  • Adding adjustable font size and spacing options for all pages

  • Implementing high‑contrast and colour‑adjustment modes for users who need them

  • Ensuring all interactive elements can be reached and operated using the Tab key

  • Adding “Skip to Main Content” links to all key pages

  • Checking that our content is structured with with clear headings, readable paragraphs, and structured lists

  • Adding meaningful alt text to all informative images

  • Ensuring all buttons and links are labelled with descriptive text

  • Providing links to free screen‑reader extensions for users who prefer external assistive tools

Current Limitations

We understand that some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Third‑party apps, plugins, or systems may not be fully accessible and are beyond our immediate control to modify

  • Some downloadable files, such as PDFs, have not yet been tested for accessibility

  • Some video and audio media may not have captions available

We are working to address these issues as part of our 2026 accessibility roadmap.
