Part Time Receptionist/ Administrator - Crystal Waters Estate

Part-time: Working across 5 days per week Monday to Friday (approximately 25-28 hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resident payments and enquiries

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner.

  • Issue receipts and assist with basic daily reconciliations.

  • Maintain accurate records of rent/fees and other charges.

  • Assist with general administration tasks and record-keeping

  • Provide assistance with basic sales enquiries and sales administration from time to time

  • Record maintenance concerns and communicate with grounds and maintenance teams as needed.

  • Support with the Village newsletter and other forms of communication

  • Support a high standard of customer service and a warm, welcoming reception environment.

  • Follow all Work Health & Safety policies, reporting hazards or incidents as required.

  • Assist with general village duties and undertake additional tasks as directed.

About You

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Confidence using computers, sharepoint, outlook and other Microsoft Office programs

  • Good organisation, attention to detail and cash-handling ability.

  • A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently.

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, retirement living or accommodation is preferred.
