ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll manage and grow customer relationships within your designated state while driving new pipeline opportunities across Leveltec’s product verticals.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, solving problems, and representing a high-performance technical brand.

WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE

Monday (NSW-based role in office):

  • Attend sales and operations meetings

  • Align with inside sales and engineering teams

  • Plan weekly route, customer visits, and sales trips

  • Prepare samples, technical packs, and presentations

  • Complete sales handover meetings and training

Tuesday–Friday (All states):

  • On the road visiting new and existing customers

  • Conduct cold calls, scheduled visits, and onsite demonstrations

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

  • Present Leveltec solutions across our key verticals

  • Join distribution partners on joint sales trips

  • Submit weekly field activity reports

  • Update CRM pipeline and opportunity stages

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline through calls, site visits, and networking

  • Understand customer needs and propose technical solutions

  • Deliver presentations to operators, maintenance teams, engineers, and procurement

  • Coordinate meetings with Leveltec’s engineering team and vendor partners

  • Work closely with the internal sales team to quote and close opportunities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow the sales process

  • Represent Leveltec as a trusted partner across multiple product verticals

ABOUT YOU (NON-NEGOTIABLES)

  • Electrical trade qualification, electrical engineering background, or strong technical knowledge

  • Proven ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline

  • Confident communicator with strong face-to-face sales skills

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating as part of a national team

  • Strong problem-solving and solution-selling mindset
