ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll manage and grow customer relationships within your designated state while driving new pipeline opportunities across Leveltec’s product verticals.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, solving problems, and representing a high-performance technical brand.
WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE
Monday (NSW-based role in office):
Attend sales and operations meetings
Align with inside sales and engineering teams
Plan weekly route, customer visits, and sales trips
Prepare samples, technical packs, and presentations
Complete sales handover meetings and training
Tuesday–Friday (All states):
On the road visiting new and existing customers
Conduct cold calls, scheduled visits, and onsite demonstrations
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Present Leveltec solutions across our key verticals
Join distribution partners on joint sales trips
Submit weekly field activity reports
Update CRM pipeline and opportunity stages
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage your own sales pipeline through calls, site visits, and networking
Understand customer needs and propose technical solutions
Deliver presentations to operators, maintenance teams, engineers, and procurement
Coordinate meetings with Leveltec’s engineering team and vendor partners
Work closely with the internal sales team to quote and close opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow the sales process
Represent Leveltec as a trusted partner across multiple product verticals
ABOUT YOU (NON-NEGOTIABLES)
Electrical trade qualification, electrical engineering background, or strong technical knowledge
Proven ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline
Confident communicator with strong face-to-face sales skills
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating as part of a national team
Strong problem-solving and solution-selling mindset
