About your experience:
Experience coordinating school or community sport programs and events
Experience managing logistics such as transport, fixtures, equipment and scheduling
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, families, and community partners
Experience in maintaining accurate administrative records and using digital platforms
Experience in liaising with coaches, volunteers, or external providers
Experience promoting participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship in young people
Experience identifying and applying for sports funding or community grant opportunities to support College sporting programs and initiatives
Experience conducting and managing risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies for sporting activities and events
Desirable:
Experience working in a school or educational setting
Certificate IV in leadership and management
Certificate IV Training and assessment
Community coaching accreditation
QUALIFICATIONS/ESSENTIAL:
Tertiary qualification in Fitness, Sport, Recreation, or relevant qualification
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
LR Drivers Licence or willingness to obtain
NSW Working with Children Check
Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
