About the Role - What will you do?
Provide activity programs to meet the individual and collective needs of our residents
Assess resident needs, abilities and progress with ongoing evaluation
Understanding of common medical and behavioural problems and their management as it relates to the ability of the resident to participate in Leisure and Lifestyle programs
Liaise with appropriate staff regarding resident/client care and progress and report any signs of change or unusual behaviour
Skills and Experience - What do you need?
Mandatory Requirements:
Service NSW NDIS Worker Check
Essential skills:
A genuine respect for the Aged
Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and friendly demeanour
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment
Reliable
Flexible and proactive in your approach to work and dedication in providing exceptional care
Computer skills
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Bushland Health Group Limited, NSWNA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2023.
