About the Role - What will you do? 

  • Provide activity programs to meet the individual and collective needs of our residents

  • Assess resident needs, abilities and progress with ongoing evaluation

  • Understanding of common medical and behavioural problems and their management as it relates to the ability of the resident to participate in Leisure and Lifestyle programs

  • Liaise with appropriate staff regarding resident/client care and progress and report any signs of change or unusual behaviour

Skills and Experience - What do you need?

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Service NSW NDIS Worker Check 

Essential skills:

  • A genuine respect for the Aged

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and friendly demeanour

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment

  • Reliable

  • Flexible and proactive in your approach to work and dedication in providing exceptional care

  • Computer skills

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Bushland Health Group Limited, NSWNA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2023.
