UNE's Bachelor of Sustainability integrates social sciences, humanities and environmental sciences to give you the skills to develop real-world strategies for environmental and social challenges. Fields of study include environmental and resource management, sustainable development, geography, law, economics, psychology, ethics and social policy.
You'll complete a mandatory Sustainable Development major, then choose from career-orientated options including Community Engagement and Development, Cultural Heritage Management, Environmental Governance, Environmental Resilience, Governance and Regulation, and Water Sustainability. Work Integrated Learning is available to build practical workplace experience.
On the Mid Coast, sustainability expertise is relevant across local government, environmental management, community organisations, land care and coastal management.
