Do you love LEGO® and enjoy working with creative, high-energy kids? We are hiring dynamic Team Leaders and Assistant Instructors to run our workshops.
We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individuals with educational or childcare experience to deliver our engaging School Holiday Workshops, Incursions, Activations and Weekend Birthday Parties.
Delivering these programs across the Mid Coast Region. (Port Macquarie, Taree, Forster-Tuncurry, and surrounding areas) throughout the School Holiday Periods.

Position Overview
Job Title: Casual LEGO® Instructor / Program Team Leader
Job Type: Casual
Expected Hours: 8 – 30 hours per week (varies based on holiday programs and party schedules)
Pay Rate: $26.44 – $49.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and role level)
Work Location: In-person (Mobile events within schools)

Program Delivery: Facilitate engaging, interactive School Holiday Workshops, After-School Classes, and Weekend Birthday Parties using signature BRICKS 4 KIDZ LEGO® plans and process.
Nurturing Group Management: Lead groups of children ages 5 to 12 years effectively, ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
Foster 4 Cs of 21st-century Learning: Creativity, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Collaboration.
Event Logistics: Manage event setups, materials, and administrative tasks required for seamless workshop execution.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Assist in onboarding, supporting, and mentoring new team members to maintain high delivery standards.
Program Innovation: Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously enhance program activities and customer experience.

Passion & Energy: Genuine enthusiasm for hands-on learning, creativity, and working with children.
Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire young future leaders.
Availability: Strong availability during NSW School Holiday periods and/or weekends.
Clearances: Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) approval or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
Preferred Experience: Background in education, childcare, tutoring, sports coaching, or camp counselling.
Driver’s Licence & Transport: Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. Travel across varied locations in the region is required to transport kit materials and equipment.
