KNOW and GROW

The Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) program is a NSW Government initiative that connects employers with secondary schools across NSW.

TUC will be hosting a series of 6 career-focused workshops to connect students, parents and school staff with local industry partners across 3 key sectors in our region:

Healthcare and Social Assistance
Hospitality, Tourism and Retail
Agriculture

The objective of these sessions is show students and their parents local pathways available into businesses & careers within industries that represents exciting opportunities in our area.

SESSION 1: TUC’s EARN & LEARN CADETSHIPS

This session will be for high school students (and their parents) and for Careers Advisors to attend.

The first session Know and Grow Session will be held on Thursday 22nd June at TUC from 5.30pm - 7.30pm.

This session will focus on TUC’s Earn and Learn Cadetships. With the businesses involved including Accuplan, Nash Solutions, Essential Tax, Hunter Local Land Services and Johnson and Mongan who are invited to pitch what their firm offers.
